Happy Pre-Thankgsiving!

I'm making a mini pre-Thanksgiving dinner for us today. I must say I'm kinda nervous about cooking my first turkey...not because of it being hard, but I have this thing about touching raw poultry. I'm pretty disgusted right now at the thought of going into the kitchen in a few minutes to start rubbing a raw piece of meat with spices. I just needed to share my fear.
